DROP SHIPPING SERVICE POLICY

This service allows you to offer a wider selection of products and saves you time and money! The order will be packaged in a plain envelope or box with your business’ return address.  No paper documents are included with the drop ship package.

  • WE DO NOT ALLOW OUR PRODUCTS TO BE SOLD ON AMAZON, POSHMARK OR ANY LARGE SITE AT THIS TIME

ALL MSRP WILL BE SUGGESTED ON OUR WEBSITE BUT NOT REQUIRED AT THIS TIME. WE ASK YOU AT LEAST DO A KEYSTONE MARKUP.

  • Regular shipping charges apply,  plus $2 handling fee per order
  • SHIP TO USA ONLY
  • WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS
  • WE PROVIDE TRACKING FOR EACH ORDER.  IF PACKAGE GETS LOST, IT IS UP TO STORE OWNER TO RESEARCH AND FIND PACKAGE
  • ESTIMATED SHIPPING 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS FROM THE DAY ORDER WAS RECEIVED .  CUT OFF FOR ORDER IS 2PM EACH DAY AND THEN IT IS CONSIDERED NEXT DAY. SATURDAY AND SUNDAY IS NOT INCLUDED.  
  • INVENTORY IS NOT GUARANTEED

  • IF A  STYLE IS SOLD OUT  AND YOU PAID UP FRONT,  YOUR CARD WILL BE REFUNDED 
  • IF WE MAKE  A MISTAKES, WE WILL ALWAYS MAKE IT RIGHT AT OUR EXPENSE
  • SAMPLE BOXES CAN BE REQUESTED FOR YOUR OWN BRANDING PURPOSES BUT YOU DO HAVE TO PAY FOR THEM (i.e. fit, photos, ect)
  • TH WILL SEND OUT EMAILS WHEN NEW STYLES HAVE ARRIVED OR SOLD OUT SO YOU CAN STAY ON TOP OF YOUR INVENTORY 

HOW TO DROP SHIP WITH TURQUOISE HAVEN

 - SHOPIFY ONLY 

OPTION 1- SET UP TH AS A 3RD PARTY FULFILMENT SUPPLIER

  • FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS BELOW
  • ONCE ORDER IS RECEIVED WITHIN 48 HOURS YOU WILL GET AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION. 
  • ONCE ORDER HAS SHIPPED, WE WILL PROVIDE TRACKING BY EMAIL.

STEP 1 - ADD TH AS A FULFILLMENT SERVICE 

Under Store settings, tap Shipping.

In the Accounts and integrations section, tap Manage integrations.

In the Custom order fulfillment section, tap Add fulfillment service.

In the form, enter: TURQUOISE HAVEN  , the email address THAVEN0503@GMAIL.COM 

When you mark an item or complete order as fulfilled in your Shopify admin, the fulfillment service is sent an email with all the order information so that they can fulfill it for you.

STEP 2- ADDING A PRODUCT WITH TH AS THE FULFILLMENT SERVICE

SEE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW

Click “Add Product”

Use our SKU # and Description Example. 6144 Mint Cactus  

Add all other info as needed 

In the Inventory section, select TH as the fulfillment service  that you want to use from the Inventory managed by drop-down menu.

Click Save to save your changes.


Once YOU receive an order, send a fulfillment request to TH. 

FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS BELOW 

When you're ready FOR TH to ship an order, mark the order as fulfilled from your Shopify admin. Make sure you uncheck ‘send notification to customer’.  Once TH fulfills order, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Copy and Paste that tracking number in your customer’s order  on the Admin page, save, and then at that time you will email your customer their updated shipping confirmation.

PAYMENT 

TH will invoice and charge the card on file every Monday by 11Am for the previous weeks orders Mon- Fri plus shipping charges. 


How to delete TH as your  fulfillment service:

If you no longer want to use TH as a fulfillment service please follow instructions below 

  • From the Shopify app, go to Store > Settings.
  • Under Store settings, tap Shipping.
  • In the Accounts and integrations section, tap Manage integrations.
  • Next to the fulfillment service, tap Edit.
  • Click Delete.
  • If there is any inventory set to that service, select a new location that will inherit the stocked inventory and unfulfilled orders assigned to this location.
  • Click Delete.
  • Click Delete to confirm.

How to Drop Ship with TH on websites other than Shopify

OPTION 2

  •  GO TO TH WEBSITE SHOPTURQUOSIEHAVEN.COM, PLACE ORDER FOR THE STYLES  YOU SOLD UNDER THE DROP SHIP TAB.
  • Under the shipping options at the point of checkout, select “Drop Ship TO CUSTOMER”.  In NOTES BOX INCLUDE CUSTOMER SHIPPING ADDRESS.  
  • Once order is received, you will get an automatic email confirming order. 
  • Once order has shipped, you will get an email with tracking info for your customer and your card on file will be automatically charged.
  •  You can then copy and paste Tracking info and send to your customer.
