Wholesale Policy & Returns

We only accept quick re-orders of 3-5 styles or less by phone or email. All other orders will need to be placed at Markets or On-line.

* On large jewelry orders, shipping time may vary due to the fact that most of our jewelry is handmade. If you need your order by a specific date, please make this known in the notes on order or give us text or call (972-937-0337)

***All prices are subject to change without written notification.

****Shipping charges will be added to each order depending on weight and box size. We use both Fedex and USPS. Please let us know in notes if you have special shipping instructions.

*****MSRP - Minimum amount for all items sold should equal no less than double the wholesale cost. Abuse of pricing system may result in the deactivation of your wholesale account.

Minimum Order Amounts

Minimum order amount on web orders is $100.00 per order. All apparel is sold in pre-packs of 3 to 4 pieces each style. You are unable to pick your own sizes.

BACKORDERS/ PRE-ORDERS

*All back orders older than 60 days will be cancelled. Pre-orders will be held for 90 days. We automatically ship 6-9 pieces on backorders/pre-orders using the credit card on file. If we only have 3 pieces, we will always call customer first before charging card and shipping. Please call us in advance if you wish not to receive backorders/preorders so we can make note on your acct.

PAYMENT

Turquoise Haven will accept cash, money orders, checks, or credit cards as payment (Discover, Master Card, Visa, and Amex). Checks must clear the bank; please allow 10 business days before order is shipped. Sorry, we do not ship c.o.d. or Net 30.

FOR ORDERS PLACED AT MARKET SHOWS

***Due to increased order cancellations at Market Shows, we now charge a 30% Non- Refundable deposit, at the time the order is placed. Your credit card information is required to place an order. Cancelled orders, from market shows, cause loss from our sales representatives that work hard to help our customers. Please be sure of your order before placing it during the market shows!

SHIPPING

During Market Dates, shipping times are extended due to increased orders. Please call if you need by a certain date so we can make sure we meet your deadline!!!!

Shipping and Delivery dates are estimated. It is not advised to pre-sell items before you have received them.

RETURNS

To receive a full refund, merchandise must be returned within 7 days from delivery date. If an item needs to be returned for any reason, please call store 972-937-0337 or email us at turquoisehaven@att.net for a return authorization code. ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION CODE OR YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND!
  • *If you should find any defects in your order, please contact us immediately and we will gladly exchange or replace your damaged item.
  • **Returns on non-defective merchandise for ANY reason, such as change of mind, are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

ZIP CODE PROTECTION

As of April 20th, 2013, Turquoise Haven Wholesale no longer accepts Zip Code Protection requests from customers. We have encountered too many complaints regarding boundaries. The increased phone calls due to this protection has slowed production, therefore, the decision was made to delete the program in order to maintain a satisfactory work time.

GUARANTEE

We guarantee everything you purchase from Turquoise Haven to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Please check your merchandise carefully upon delivery. Please note a large majority of our styles are hand-made. When needed, we replace materials /supplies similar to what you ordered at market or online using our best judgment. This only occurs if our supplies and materials run out and we need to replace. Please call, email, or inform your sales representative if this is not acceptable with you.
